Matakara is part of the good thing this anime has, don't know why to decide to make Arajin and Mahoro in that way. This last two characters are really problematic and doesn't have any charisma or something that can make one two empathize with them in someway.

At least Matakara has more story that can be interesting with other second characters, even in the fights others have their reasons to be there, but Arajin only thinks about girls and can let others down because of that, then Mahoro only likes her brother and can be really manipulative.

But won't deny that the gang fights and the story between them are interesting.
