Yurigaoka TOS

By joining and using Yurigaoka, you are bound to these terms:
  1. You may not harass/bully people, incite violence, and/or post hate speech (e.g. racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, etc)This includes other abusive behavior such as cyberbullying, brigading/dogpiling, doxxing, trolling, swatting, sending death threats, abusing #fediblock tag, coordinated inauthentic behavior, defamation, ban evasion, crossplatform abuse, sock puppeting, catfishing, etc.
  2. Do not post misinformation anything advocating extremist movements. Examples includes Anti-Vaxx, Covid-19 misinformation, 5G conspiracy theories or to extremist movements: National Socialism, Alt-Right, MAGA, voicing support for fascist/totalitarian regimes, etc
  3. Do not post images associated with hate movements, extremist ideologies or groupsExamples includes Confederate States, National Socalism symbols, Alt-Right, etc.
  4. No posting of underaged sexual-explicit content (real life/CSAM/CSEM and lolicon/shotacon) is allowed.
  5. For fictional purposes, underaged is under the age of consent of 16 and not passed puberty. No NSFW real life depictions under 18 for non-fictional people. This rule also applies to AI generated images, which must be disclosed.
  6. Do not post SPAM, links to scam sites, pirated materials, phishing sites, or websites that break federal laws.
  7. By using this service, you are expected to follow the laws of the United States of America. Refrain from posting anything that may break federal laws.
  8. No "AI Agent"/LLM powered bots allowed
  9. No impersonation accounts are allowed (of any creator or famous people) without proper identification.
  10. Temporary/Temporal Accounts are not allowed. This includes creating accounts with temporary email services.
Note that Yurigaoka is not a file storage/sharing service, it’s meant for use to socialize with a community as a chat program. Small files under 15 MB will expire in 3 years and anything above it up to 400 MB will expire in 30 days. This is because we don’t have unlimited storage. For long term storage, you should host these files in a permanent location like cloud storage or a website you own.
