The start does feel a bit rough since I'm not too fond of tossing characters while bouncing around its buildup to the isekai world. I do feel like the jokes feel like it fell flatter than I expected.

I think I'll be sticking around to see how what Yogiri's classmates and the isekai world do rather than Yogiri himself. Shion feels like she's cooking something bigger than just making new sages. Suguru's general abilities does feel like it does a level of mind control to a certain degree, which feels like the main reason why the 4 people without powers are decoys in the first place. The 3-man Hero's party with their previous isekai experience got absolutely bodied having malicious intentions was a fun treat to watch.
