I am not 100% sure if you can migrate a Sharkey to a Mastodon, but since they're all hosted here locally, I thought I'd inquire.

YES, it is possible, and it did work. -- Yes, you can migrate from Sharkey to Mastodon.

But you have to wait a while after making your aliase on Mastodon.
