This episode of Slime Tamer felt had stronger sentimental emotions compared to the previous village's one. It could probably be the events in Latome village that lead up to that last talk between Oggto, Villivera, and Ivy. That talk focused on how the village will treat her without prejudice regardless of what kind of skill she has or how many stars that she has. In a way, this village arc did not pity her by relating to Latomi village. Instead, it hammers down more on her hard work making ends meets with the current knowledge she has.

It also makes the ED song, "Because" by Tei, all the more precious with how somber and accepting the lyrics are relative to Ivy's situation.
