Profile Page Navigation editable?

Is there a way to edit the profile page navigation bar up top? My personal navigation bar is editable but not the one on my profile (public view). I want to move "Gallery" up next to Overview or something.

If not, is there a way to show the navigation bar better? I noticed on mobile I can swipe for more options but on desktop/web I'm stuck.

Is this for the profile? I’m not aware of any options to customize that, and even if there is a way to do so, I’m not sure if those would federate or not.

Yeah. It wouldn't be about Federating but if people go to my sakurajima.social page on mobile or web, I'd prefer if it showed up before Notes and the like.

Some comments I got on this was that some people asked on Sharkey forums or something for me.
