How to install Wordpress themes?

There's a theme I am interested for comics with WordPress, Toocheke: https://www.toocheke.com/

I have absolutely no knowledge how this works but are themes (the .zip file I downloaded) something I can install myself? Was wondering.

You have to request it. I have added that theme, and it should now be available on the theme list.
