December is finally here as we head to the holidays. Here are a few updates.
Bubble Timeline is now available on Sakurajima Mastodon
The Bubble Timeline, previously only on Sakurajima Social, our Misskey server, is now available on Mastodon. This feature allows users to see the local timeline of the other servers in our relay. It’s the expanded community.
To access this timeline, click Live Feeds and click Bubble.
The following servers are on the Bubble Timeline on the Mastodon Server. This can be accessed in the Live Feeds

Other Stuff
Since I’m publishing this update on Giving Tuesday, maybe it’s a good idea to donate a few bucks to Sakurajima as it helps to keep our services sustainable. Oligarchs and billionaires don’t fund us as we build out not only the Japanese media fandom community on the Fediverse but also provide other services, such as free blog hosting for our forums community, with different services coming in the future. We plan to have our own Anime Blog directory where users can subscribe to new blogs and possibly host our Loops server (TikTok alternative) when it becomes possible to host one. Also, we are considering having our own PDS server for use on BlueSky when it becomes easier to move accounts.
