How do people make friends on fedi?

Hey! Been wondering how do so many make friends easily on fedi! I think the reason why I keep making a lot of accounts is probably due to no people interacting with me etc and I was dissatisfied with what I posted etc this is the last handle I'ma make ever on sakurajima and I apologize to the staff for doing this thing again, I promise it won't happen again. Anyways as stated in the title how do many have an easier time? Is it cuz they're an adult? Damn maybe it's cuz I'm a minor which results in not much interaction...shame tho, I think that's why I kept leaving and coming back because I wanted to try again a lot and ahem I also felt not welcomed at the same time y'know? Heh! Sorry for this long post!! Anyways, discuss!!

You could try commenting on more peoples posts. It might just be as simple as branching out. I would try to avoid spam commenting on like- every post you see, instead if you see someone posting something you are interested in, comment. like, boost etc.
