Social Profile: Provide your Sakurajima Mastodon/Misskey profile, or your profile from a Sakurajima PDS if you have donated currently or in the past. If you have donated and not a member, attach proof that you have donated. For creators, you can enter your profile from any social network or fediverse server for us to vet, but no proof of donation is required.

Site Domain (If own domain is being used): Will require configuration first with your DNS. You will be given a temporary subdomain during the process
